What can I expect on my first visit?
Trinity Chapel is a friendly, loving church and we are confident you will feel welcomed as soon as you enter our doors. We have parking at the front and back of the building.
The Welcome Center located in the lobby has people who are excited to help you find a seat or show you where you can get a cup of coffee.
We are excited to meet your kids!
If you have kids, the volunteers at our Welcome Desk will help you get checked in and show you the kids' areas. We have caring nursery staff to look after our littlest attenders, and fun and engaging services for kids ages preschool-fifth grade. All of our kids' volunteers are background checked. Many of them are parents or grandparents.
We know sixth grade can be a tough transition time for preteens. If your sixth grader still wants to attend kids church, they are welcome to do so!
Students who are sixth grade and up typically attend the main worship service in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings. Our student ministry has their own service on Wednesday nights at 7pm.
For our special needs students, we have special sensory areas set up just for them. We have a team of Special Needs Buddies who will stay with your child and help them worship and learn about Jesus in a way that fits their needs and learning style.
Want to get a head start on registering your child? Go ahead and fill out this form to let us know you are coming. We’ll have your kids' name tags ready at the Welcome Center!
A church isn't a building. It’s people.
Trinity Chapel is a racially diverse and multigenerational church. You will find people from all different backgrounds, all different ages, and all different ethnicities.
Feel free to come in jeans or your Sunday best- you won't be out of place in either one.
Trinity Chapel is made up of a very friendly group of people. We believe the local church should feel like family and should be a true, supportive community of believers. It is common for guests to be warmly welcomed by many people and for people to take a genuine interest in you and your family.
What are the services like?
Trinity Chapel has people from all different church (and non-church) backgrounds. We are a Spirit-filled church, meaning we believe in allowing time for the Holy Spirit to move on people's hearts during services, and we follow the lead of the Holy Spirit in our services. We don't want to get caught up in our own traditions and not allow God to take the lead. We also believe services should be in order. We believe they should follow Biblical guidelines and be designed to draw us into worship and our attention to God. We believe the gifts of the Spirit are still in use today. It is our prayer for everyone to experience God's presence during our services. We often have times of prayer where our pastor and elders pray over people for healing and other needs.
Our services are contemporary in style. They last about an hour and fifteen minutes and typically consist of a time of passionate and un-rushed worship, time set aside for prayer, and a message from our pastor. Pastor Justin's messages are encouraging and also challenging. It is his desire to see people grow in their knowledge of God's Word and to apply God's Word to their lives so that they may experience life change through the power of Jesus Christ.
